So there was an interview by my pals at Moonbase 2 of Wrecker-writers Nick Roche & James Roberts posted up on youtube [taken at the recent Auto Assembly] and my ol' co-horts originally considered the idea of having Scorponok return in the Last Stand of the Wreckers series..... with his consciousness transferred into Fortress Maximus' head!

oh and by the way, the trade paperback of the "Last Stand of the Wreckers" should be hitting stores today! and with brand new extras!

I just listened to the moonbase interview with Roche and Roberts and that part of the discussion really stuck with me. Awesome!

Oh man, Fortress Maximus already went through the wringer, being tortured by the prisoners and used as a living lockpick like that. Being possessed by Scorponok, too? That'd really bite the Autobots in the skidplate for trying to save poor Fortress Maximus's life.

then we shall not have "only" four Auto-..Wreckers dead, but maybe All of 'em :)

That pic makes me happy as I've just finished watching Headmasters!

Got my copy of the book yesterday (perk of my job)...great stuff! I'll have to take some time later to read the story in the back. Great job from all you guys! Wreck and rule!

You know, I wondered all through that story just what happened to Scorponok.

We saw Shockwave get away and Grimlock...well...he's somewhere, but Scorponok never got the mention.
