Don posted up the lines to this on his DA account and they were relatively hi res enough to color so...i colored :P

So yeah! Here's my take on this page from the new TF Ongoing #2!

Felt like going with a rainy sky to kinda fit the mood or at least help set it a little better. Reminded me of the Marvel TF issue 71 where Optimus surrenders. It was all rainy and stuff so. a slight homage to that I guess

Okay... have to say more on this I know it's been like 3 or 4 days since I said something but I've gotta say the whole idea of seeing this image with the rain outside. OMG! I wish I could have seen you do more of these, rainy background... how you'd go with that with the rest of the issue. It set such a GREAT TONE. I've not been able to get this image out of my head for the last few days. Which is a good thing because you've hit whatever balance that you needed to make this memorable. And I'm still thinking about it and how poignant it is days later.

It's been a few months since I've really seen this consistently from IDW TF comics.

Again, great job Josh.

Very nice coloring! I love the way that Prime just sticks out against all of the grey-green and black of the military folks and the background. The way he was shaded really helps him pop, too. :>
